"Roast Beef Rosemarino al Sangue"

Even without an oven, a perfect and delicious roast beef can easily be made just using a normal flying pan, an aluminum fol and a towel in under 30 min or so, depending on a thickness of a beef. The difficulty lies in adjustment of a fire and how long the beef should be rested being wrapped in an aluminium foil and a towel away from the fire. I rely on my experience, intuition and just simply pushing a beef with my finger.
