"Cacciucco" "Zuppa di Pesce"
Zuppa means soup and Pesce means fish in Italian. It is a seafood soup Italian style which is popular in South Italian fishing port villages. It may be similar to French Bouillabaisse, however this one does not call for a fennel and an saffron. Cacciucco is a similar dish which is associated with Livorno in Tuscany.

イタリア語でZuppa（スープ）Pesce（魚）すなわちシーフードのスープです。南仏料理であるブイヤベースBouillabaisseにも似ていますがフランスではフェンネルとサフランが欠かせないのに対してイタリアでは入れません。南イタリアの漁師料理として有名で似ているスープでトスカーナ州リヴォルノ地方の郷土料理としてカチュッコCacciuccoも有名です。
