エルムのフードコート(ラーメン街道)に期間限定出店の店舗。
本店は兵庫県らしいけど、本場の長浜や久留米ラーメンに引けを取らないスープ。
東北(特に宮城)には本格的な豚骨ラーメン頂ける店が少ないから、
久々に納得の一杯。
